Public Test II of the Governor's Regulation Plan Concerning Procedures for Submitting Proposed Aspirations in Preparing the RKPD
Samarinda, (11/09/2025) - Implementation of Public Examination II of the Draft Governor's Regulation (Ranpergub) concerning Procedures for Submitting and Reviewing Aspiration Proposals in Preparing the RKPD for East Kalimantan Province took place on Thursday, September 11 2025 which took place at the Platinum Balikpapan Hotel.
This activity was attended by elements of the district/city Bappeda/Bappedalitbang and East Kalimantan Province Regional Apparatus, with the aim of evaluating the management of proposed aspirations, especially at the district/city level, as well as gathering input for improvement Ranpergub.
Public Test II activities were led by Alfino Rinaldi Arief as Head of the Provincial Bappeda P2EPD Division. East Kalimantan and also presented Mulawarman University Academic, Harry Setya Nugraha, who provided reinforcement in terms of legality.
During the activity, a presentation was given on the substance of the Gubernatorial Draft Regulation, legal views, as well as an interactive discussion which was actively participated in by the participants. The input gathered, starting from management mechanisms to the need to simplify regulations, is an important ingredient in improving the Gubernatorial Draft Regulation before it is finalized.
This Gubernatorial Ranper is still in initial discussion, which will later require improvements based on suggestions and input obtained from the results of the Public Test.
