Public Test of the Governor's Regulation Plan Concerning Procedures for Submitting Aspiration Proposals in Preparing the RKPD
Samarinda, (10/09/2025) - Public Test Activity I of the Draft Governor's Regulation (Ranpergub) concerning Procedures for Submitting and Reviewing Aspiration Proposals in Preparing the RKPD was held on Wednesday, 10 September 2025 at the Platinum Hotel Balikpapan.
This activity is a forum for equalizing perceptions, identifying obstacles, and gathering input to improve the Gubernatorial Plan, especially from participants consisting of elements from the Provincial DPRD Secretariat. East Kalimantan and Provincial Apparatus. East Kalimantan.
The event began with remarks from the Head of Bappeda, Mr. Yusliando, then continued with an explanation of the substance of the Governor's Draft Regulation by the Head of the P2EPD Division, Mr. Alfino Rinaldi Arief, as well as strengthening legal aspects by Mulawarman University academics, Mr. Harry Setya Nugraha.
