Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan as Resource Person for Preparing the Regency RKPD Ranwal. Paser in 2024
Tuesday, (24/01/2023) Infrastructure and Regional Sector of Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan virtually attended the Public Consultation Forum on the Preliminary Draft RKPD for Paser Regency for 2024. This agenda was also attended by Bappelitbang Kab. Paser and the Head of Regional Apparatus within the Paser Regency Government; Director of Regional Owned Business Materials; Academics; Head of Bank in Tanah Grogot; Chairman of the Professional Association; NGO; Community Organizations; and Representatives of Community Figures. The Regent of Paser Regency was also present and opened the public consultation event.

This Public Consultation Forum also presented several speakers including Wisnu Hidayat, SE, M.Si (Region III Planning and Evaluation Coordinator) Director General of Bangda; Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM (Professor at the Faculty of Economics, UNMUL) and Elly Luchrita Nova, S.T., M.T (Head of Infrastructure and Regional Affairs) who represented Plt. Head of Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan.

Furthermore, in the presentation session, Mrs. Elly said that there were several important notes that needed to be taken into account in preparing the RKPD, namely paying attention to synchronization of performance, performance indicators and targets for carrying out affairs in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation on Guidelines for Preparing RKPD which was issued every year by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Apart from that, it is also necessary to pay attention to the results of control and evaluation of the previous year's RKPD performance; Linkage and consistency of planning performance (cascading) between RPJMD and RKPD documents to budgeting performance; Formulation of measured performance targets (not over/under-estimated); Funding framework projections are carried out in a measurable manner as input for the formulation of performance targets and the use of SIPD RI in the planning document preparation stages.
