Evaluation of the RPJMD Mahakam Ulu Ranperda
Monday, August 23, 2021. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan through the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda conducted an evaluation of the Regional Regulation on the Mahakam Ulu Regency RPJMD in 2021-2026 virtually.
This activity was opened by the Head of PPE2D Rina Juliaty and was attended by the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Planning Division, the Regional Apparatus of the Scope of East Kalimantan Province, the elements of the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government, and the Regency/City Government around Mahakam Ulu.
Evaluation of this Ranperda is carried out to test conformity with the RPJMN, Provincial RPJMD, Regency RPJPD, Regency RTRW, Public Interest and or Lags of higher laws and regulations.
In his direction Rina said the output of this evaluation was a Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan regarding the results of the evaluation of the Draft Perda on the Regency/City RPJMD in 2021-2026 as material for refinement of the RPJMD Regional Regulation.
Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Circular Number 910/4350/SJ, the region was asked to be able to consider the amount of unexpected expenditure (BTT) to anticipate an emergency including urgent needs due to the 19th Pandemic which is expected to last for the next 3 years or other disasters that cannot be predicted.
On this occasion there are several input in the field of health, presentation of data related to TPB/SDGs, as well as paying attention and ensuring the presentation of the program which is the implementation of the campaign promises of the Regent and Deputy Regent.
