Coordination of Preparation of Musrenbang Material Prov. East Kalimantan 2024
Samarinda, (29/04/2024), East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a coordination meeting in order to prepare the Musrenbang (Development Planning Consultation) material in East Kalimantan Province. This meeting was held in the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Office Propeda meeting room and was chaired by the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando who was accompanied by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran.
This meeting was attended by all Heads of Divisions and Team Leaders and Staff to discuss a number of important points related to regional development planning. Broadly speaking, some of them are:
1. Discuss the main targets and direction of development in the draft RPJPD (Regional Long -Term Development Plan) to be more in accordance with realistic conditions and needs.
2. Arrangement of the main indicators of development in the RPJPD design, in this case the RPJPD design must have the main indicators of development that have realistic baselines and targets, especially in projections until 2045.
3. Report on the stages of the development mission. Reports on the stages of the development mission, where have been mapped from 8 missions divided into 4 stages of the period until 2045, became one of the focus of the discussion in this meeting.
4. Processing of the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) RPJPD 2025-2045: The results of the thematic FGD have been processed and filtered their proposals to complete deeper input related to regional development planning.
5. Data Report on the Design of RKPD Design 2025: Report on the Data of the RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan) Draft Data in 2025 also became the discussion material in the meeting.
6. Discussion about the big theme of RKPD East Kalimantan 2025: The meeting participants were also involved in a discussion about the big theme that will be carried in the East Kalimantan RKPD in 2025.
as well as other things that are considered important related to the Provincial Musrenbang event. East Kalimantan on 2 May. This coordination meeting marks the commitment of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province to ensure regional development planning is carried out more directed and realistic in accordance with the conditions and needs of the local community.
