Coordination of Preparation of Provincial Musrenbang Materials. East Kalimantan in 2024
Samarinda, (29/04/2024), East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a coordination meeting in order to prepare material for the East Kalimantan Province Musrenbang (Development Planning Conference). This meeting was held in the Propeda Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Province BAPPEDA Office and chaired by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando who was accompanied by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran.
This meeting was attended by all Heads of Divisions and team leaders and staff discussing a number of important points related to regional development planning. In general, some of them are:
1. Discuss the main targets and development directions in the draft RPJPD (Regional Long Term Development Plan) so that it is more in line with realistic conditions and needs.
2. Setting Main Development Indicators in the RPJPD Draft, in this case the RPJPD Draft must have main development indicators that have realistic baselines and targets, especially in projections up to 2045.
3. Report on Development Mission Stages. The report on the stages of the development mission, which has been mapped out of 8 missions divided into 4 stages for the period until 2045, is one of the focuses of discussion at this meeting.
4. Processing of the 2025-2045 RPJPD thematic FGD (Focus Group Discussion) Results: The results of the thematic FGD have been processed and filtered into suggestions to provide more in-depth input regarding regional development planning.
5. 2025 RKPD Draft Matrix Occupancy Data Report: The report on the 2025 RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan) draft matrix occupancy data was also part of the discussion at the meeting.
6. Discussion on the Big Themes of the 2025 East Kalimantan RKPD: The meeting participants were also involved in discussions on the big themes that will be carried out in the 2025 East Kalimantan RKPD.

This coordination meeting marks the commitment of BAPPEDA of East Kalimantan Province to ensure that regional development planning is carried out in a more focused and realistic manner in accordance with the conditions and needs of the local community.
