Explanation of Internal Records System Audit
Thursday, 01/27/2021. The First Expert Archivist and Archives Restoration Officer of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the explanation agenda and distribution of internal archival supervision instruments/questionnaires held by the Regional Library and Archives Service of East Kalimantan Province.
This agenda was attended by 8 Regional Apparatuses within the Province of East Kalimantan who will carry out an Internal Archives Audit, namely Bappeda, Animal Husbandry and Health Service, Atma Husada Hospital, DPKD, BKD, Balitbangda, Dispora , and BPSDM.
In this agenda, several things were conveyed by the Regional Library and Archives Service of East Kalimantan Province, namely regarding the schedule for the implementation of the Internal Archives Audit which will be carried out in the 2nd week of February to June 2022; aspects of assessment instruments in monitoring internal archival systems include dynamic records management, maintenance, depreciation, archival resources and facilities and infrastructure.
