Evaluation Meeting of 2024 RKPD Performance Achievements Semester II
The Planning Division and P2EPD Division of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a Meeting for Evaluation of the Performance Achievements of the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) for 2024 Semester II.
This meeting invited several Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) related departments, namely the Health Service, Education Service, Manpower and Transmigration Service (Disnakertrans), Population, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DKP3A), as well as the Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo).
The meeting took place in the Repetada Meeting Room The East Kalimantan Bappeda was held in a hybrid manner, combining offline and online formats to make participation easier. The meeting was chaired directly by Alfino Rinaldi Arief as Head of the Regional Planning Control and Evaluation Division (P2EPD) of the East Kalimantan Bappeda. Meanwhile, to provide professional and objective views and input, a team of evaluators from Mulawarman University were also present at today's discussion.
In this meeting, identification of problems or strategic issues faced by each OPD was discussed. Apart from that, evaluation issues were also discussed which included the effectiveness of budget use to ensure more optimal implementation of programs and activities in the coming year.
"This activity is very important for mapping performance achievements and exploring solutions to obstacles that arise. We want to ensure that the 2024 RKPD runs according to target with appropriate budget use right on target," said Alfino Rinaldi Arief in his speech.
It is hoped that the results of this evaluation can become material for strategic recommendations in improving and preparing regional development plans that are more effective and efficient.
