Evaluation Meeting and Renewal Procedure for Activity Reports in the Bappeda General Subdivision
Samarinda, (08/21/2024)-Kasubbag General Achmad Risa held a General Secretariat Staff Meeting in the Repetada Meeting Room. This meeting was attended by all ASN and Non-ASN employees in the General Subdivision, with the main agenda to discuss the evaluation of the implementation of discipline and performance of the General Subdivision Staff in Bappeda Kaltim.
In the meeting, Achmad Risa stressed the importance of discipline in licensing administration, especially regarding the clarification of permits that still need to be improved to make it more orderly. In addition, he appreciated the achievements in the daily activity report that had been carried out over the past month. Although the report is still carried out through the WhatsApp group, Achmad Risa acknowledged the significant progress.
As part of efforts to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the report, starting September 1, 2024, all ASN and Non-ASN employees in the general sub-section are required to fill in the daily activity report through the Google Form that must be completed with supporting evidence. This daily report will be recapitated systematically to increase transparency and accountability.
Achmad Risa hopes that this renewal can benefit in increasing discipline and accuracy. With this new system, it is expected that all activity reports can be more structured and accurate, so that the evaluation and supervision process can be carried out better. With the evidence of the support attached to the report, it is hoped that a better transparency will be created in the activity documentation.
Achmad Risa also hopes that all employees can commit with full responsibility, so that the goal of improving performance in the East Kalimantan Bappeda environment can be achieved optimally.
