Coordination Meeting for Preparation for the Implementation of the 2024 East Kalimantan Province Coordination Meeting
Head of Bappeda for East Kalimantan Province, Mr. Yusliando led the Coordination Meeting for Preparation for the Implementation of the 2024 East Kalimantan Province Coordination Meeting which was held in the Propeda meeting room of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Monday (25/3) .
In the meeting which was attended by representatives of all planning sectors within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, apart from coordinating preparations for the implementation of the Rakortekrenbang which included the mechanism for implementing the Rakortekrenbang, discussions were also held regarding the Realization of Budget Absorption for March 2024 and the work agenda of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, the results verification of Regional Apparatus Work Plans and other important matters.
For your information, in accordance with the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Controlling and Evaluation of Regional Development (etc.), the Provincial Government is mandated to carry out Development Planning Technical Coordination Meetings (Rakortekrenbang) involving elements of the Regency Government /City, so that a coordination meeting is held in preparation for its implementation.
