Samarinda (11/14/2023), Mr. Achmad Risa as Head of the General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda chaired a follow-up meeting on the implementation of the Dynamic Filing System (Srikandi) application within the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda. This meeting was held in the Repetada Meeting Room and attended by the Srikandi Bappeda Admin, Bappeda Letter Registrar, Bappeda Archivist, Secretariat Archives Processor, PPED, PPM, PSDA and Infraswil.
In accordance with the decision of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 679 of 2020 concerning General Applications in the Field of Dynamic Archives, the Srikandi application is designated as a General Application in the Field of Dynamic Archives.
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province this year is making preparations for the implementation of the Srikandi application within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province. During the meeting, Mr. Achmad Risa asked each field to process one letter to be processed via the Srikandi application as an initial stage in implementing the Srikandi application.
After this initial stage of the process, an evaluation will be held in the next two weeks on November 27 2023 to measure the level of success in implementing the initial stage of the Srikandi application as well as finding solutions to problems that may be encountered in the initial stage implementation process.
Please note, the Srikandi Application is a modern archival processing system created by collaboration between the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment (PANRB), the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo), the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). This system is a bureaucratic transformation for Indonesia, especially for regional governments, from manual bureaucracy to modern bureaucracy by digitizing regional documents and integrating them and recording them in national central data. In the Srikandi application, all analog and digital-based information will be recorded properly so that it can become accountable and accountable evidence.
The successful implementation of the Srikandi application cannot be separated from the commitment and collaboration of archives and correspondence recording managers at the East Kalimantan Bappeda. It is hoped that the implementation of the Srikandi application can immediately be implemented well to create an Electronic-Based Government system (SPBE).
