Data -Based Financial Assistance and Efficiency Planning Plan Proposed Meetings in 2025
The East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) held a meeting related to the dictionary of data-based financial assistance and identifying the efficiency of the 2025 expenditure plan. The meeting that took place in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room was chaired by the Head of Bappeda Kaltim and accompanied by the Secretary of the Kaltim Bappeda. All Heads of Planning, Team Leaders, and Staff are also present at today's meeting.
The first discussion of the Data-Based Financial Assistance Dictionary. In this discussion, the Head of Bappeda gave directions regarding filling worksheets in the general requirements column, special requirements, as well as information for financial assistance recipients. This proposal dictionary will later be a material for discussion with the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) to ensure the allocation of appropriate and accurate data-based financial assistance. This is a follow-up to Governor's instruction number 1 of 2025 concerning the efficiency of shopping in the 2025 APBD.
In the meeting, discussed about the steps of restrictions and controlling shopping. Before the stipulation of the efficiency value of regional apparatuses, each regional apparatus is required to report the expenditure implementation plan to the Regional Secretary as a form of coordination and transparency in budget management.
In accordance with the direction of the local government to increase the effectiveness of the use of regional funds in 2025.
