Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Discussing the Importance of Timeliness and Quality in the Public Consultation Forum for the RKPD of Samarinda City in 2026
Samarinda, (13/02)-In the Public Consultation Forum (KP) of Samarinda City Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) in 2026, Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, became the main resource that discussed strategic steps in the preparation of RKPD that was right on target and effective.
This forum was held at the Samarinda City Bapperida Ballroom and attended by various stakeholders, including representatives from Forkopimda, DPRD, regional apparatus of Samarinda City, academics, and related agencies. 2026.
According to him, the completion of the RKPD must be done on time and correctly, in accordance with applicable regulations. This is important to ensure that the planned programs and activities can run effectively and have a positive impact on the community.
"The RKPD formulation process must accommodate the vision, mission, and superior program chosen regional heads, referring to the RPJMD 2025-2029," Saur said in his presentation. He also stressed the importance of evaluating the implementation of RKPD 2024 to formulate proper development problems and policy strategies based on data and needs of the community. All local government apparatus and stakeholders also need to be open and innovative thinking, with the aim that planning can be more directed, measurable, and accountable.
