Webinar on Regional Government Relations with DPRD

This activity was organized by BPSDM Prov. East Kalimantan with the aim of equalizing perceptions and increasing insight into Government competence, especially regarding Regional Government Relations with the DPRD

The seminar was opened by the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan, Mrs. Dra. Nina Dewi, M.AP was attended by 148 participants consisting of ASN in East Kalimantan Province and Regency/City.

ASNs are required to have competence in carrying out their duties and functions in their respective agencies, in line with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government that ASN employees must meet technical, managerial and competency requirements. socio-cultural

ASN employees who occupy the position of Head of Regional Apparatus must fulfill government competencies in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 108 of 2017.

Government Competencies in question are the abilities and characteristics possessed by a State Civil Service employee that are necessary to carry out Government management duties according to their level of position.
