East Kalimantan Province Regional Civil Service Agency Regional Apparatus Forum in 2022
Friday, 03/11/2022. Head of the PPM Bappeda Division of East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Nani Nuraini, ST, MT representing the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the 2022 East Kalimantan Province Regional Personnel Agency Regional Apparatus Forum which was held online and offline at the East Kalimantan Province BKD Office.
This Regional Apparatus Forum was carried out in order to refine the initial draft work plan (ranwal Renja) into a work plan (Renja) for the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of East Kalimantan Province in 2023, in accordance with the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017.
This event was attended by BKD Prov. East Kalimantan; Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan; BPSDM Provincial East Kalimantan; Provincial Secretariat Organization Bureau. East Kalimantan; Provincial BPKAD East Kalimantan; Provincial Education and Culture Office. East Kalimantan; Provincial Health Service. East Kalimantan; and Regency-City BKPP/BKPSDM.
On this occasion, Mrs. Nani conveyed the basic and main things in development planning contained in the P-RPJMD for East Kalimantan Province for 2019 - 2023 and the Draft RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2023.
It was also conveyed that BKD in East Kalimantan development planning plays a very important role in supporting the achievement of mission 5 "sovereignty in realizing a clean, professional and public service-oriented government bureaucracy"; goal 6 "to create a clean, professional and public service-oriented government bureaucracy with a bureaucratic reform index target of 72"; target 18 "to create an effective and efficient bureaucracy with a target performance accountability value of 78"; through policy directions to increase the capacity and performance of the apparatus; as well as strengthening institutional governance and government systems.
Meanwhile, the Head of BKD for East Kalimantan Province, Drs. Diddy Rusdiansyah MM, said that the theme of the 2022 PD BKD Forum is "increasing the index of implementing the merit system in supporting IKN". It was stated that the implementation of the merit system in East Kalimantan has been going well but of course it will continue to be improved to support the implementation of talent management for ASNs in East Kalimantan. BKD also continues to strive to improve its performance by making a number of efforts, including through efforts to implement information technology and develop applications; as well as preparing ASN for the presence of IKN through collaboration between Bappenas, BKN, BKD, BPSDM and the Organization Bureau in implementing competency tests for all ASN. Then regarding Non-ASN, he said that Non-ASN will still be needed in 2023 considering the insufficient condition of employee needs and availability in East Kalimantan.
