Monitoring Public Information Openness in 2024
Samarinda (24/09/2024) - Head of General Subdivision Achmad Risa and Head of P2EPD Alfino Rinaldi Arief were present at the working meeting to fill out the 2024 public information disclosure monitoring questionnaire. This agenda was carried out as part of the monitoring implementation by the Central Information Commission, with the aim of maintaining the informative title for the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
The meeting was held in the Meeting Room of the Deputy Governor of the Provincial Secretariat East Kalimantan is led by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Sri Wahyuni.
In his speech, Regional Secretary Sri Wahyuni also emphasized shared responsibility in terms of information disclosure.
He stated, "Important things that concern us all, from leadership to staff, must be a collective responsibility. Our public space has a moral responsibility to continue to update and update the information that the public needs on a regular basis."
Head of Communication and Information Technology, Faisal, conveyed the importance of monitoring public information which is carried out every year. He explained that he had now entered the first stage of implementing the questionnaire and registration.
"In 2023, East Kalimantan will be ranked 8th with a score of 93.64 in public information openness. In order to maintain its informative title, cooperation in every regional apparatus is very necessary," emphasized Faisal.
With this meeting, it is hoped that all regional apparatus can increase information openness and contribute to maintaining the achievements that have been achieved, for the sake of better public services in Kalimantan East.
