2023 Physical DAK Proposal Progress Coordination Meeting
The Regional Development Planning Control and Evaluation Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a Coordination Meeting on the Progress of Proposing TA Physical DAK. 2023, Monday (04/07/2022).

The meeting which was held online was attended by 44 participants consisting of elements from the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and elements from 7 East Kalimantan Province Regional Apparatus, including the Education and Culture Office; Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Public Housing; Department of Food, Food Crops and Horticulture; Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service; Plantation Service; Department of Transportation; and the Animal Husbandry & Animal Health Service.

Functional Young Expert Planner, Sub-Coordinator of Planning and Funding for Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Alfino Rinaldi Arief, ST, M.E, who led the meeting, said that the coordination meeting was held in order to end the entry process proposed TA Physical DAK. 2023 via the Krisna DAK Application on July 6 2022, so it is important to discuss the progress of submitting the Physical DAK proposal and the completeness of supporting documents.

"For the 7 Regional Apparatus, it is hoped that the entry process will immediately be carried out in accordance with the proposed detailed space before the deadline of July 6 2022, so that the discussions held today can be accommodated" he said conveying.

It was further stated that if in the technical or substantive process related to the proposed matters there are obstacles in being able to immediately coordinate with the Planning Division of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.

"And the most important thing is to maintain each other and carry out intense communication between the planning sector at the Regional Apparatus as the account holder and the Technical Sector who proposes, so that all the required documents can be uploaded by planning section in each relevant Regional Apparatus," was conveyed by the Functional Young Expert Planner, Sub-Coordinator of Planning and Funding, Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province.
