Baseline verification meetings and targets in the fields of housing, drinking water and district/city sanitation
Samarinda, 18 June 2021, 14.00 WITA . Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the Baseline Verification Meeting and Targets in the Sector of Housing, Drinking Water and Sanitation of Regency/City which was held in the Taka Power Meeting Room 3rd Floor of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office. The event was attended by 17 participants consisting of provincial Working Groups (direct present) and 31 Regency/City Working Group participants, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat Administration Bureau, East Kalimantan Province PUPR-Pera Office and East Kalimantan Settlement Infrastructure Center.
In the context of delivering the Baseline Exercise and National Targets in the fields of housing, drinking water, and sanitation as stated in the 2020-2024 RPJMN which will be maintained in the Regency/City RPJMD in 2020-2024, so it is important to verify and Baseline, Baseline, Sanitation and Sanitation in 2020-2024. Baseline agreed in 2021 was referring to the 2019 Baseline agreement. Indonesia's national target for the supply of drinking water is sourced from the 2020-2024 RPJMN and SDGs 2030, including: access to decent drinking water (100%), access to safe drinking water (15%), and piping access (30%). While the 2024 national sanitation target sourced from the 2020-2024 RPJMN includes decent sanitation (100%), Babs practices (0%), waste management practices (80%), and the practice of waste reduction (20%). The targets of the Drinking and Sanitation Water in East Kalimantan Province 2024, among others (1). Reduction of defecating (BABS) 0%, (2). Sanitation achievements are 90%feasible, (3). Safe sanitation achievements 13%, (4). Drinking Water Piping network 71.13%, (5). Drinking water is not a piping network 28.87%, (6). Waste management 74%, (7). 26%waste reduction.
