Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended the Socialization of the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 7 of 2022 concerning Work Systems in Government Agencies for Simplifying Bureaucracy which was organized by the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of Kalimantan Province Timur directly and online at the Odah Etam Pendopo, Governor's Office, Thursday (09/06/2022).

The event, which was attended by functional officials from Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, was opened by Mr. Muhammad Kurniawan, SE, Ak, MM as Plt. Assistant for General Administration, Representing the Acting Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan.

In his direction, he said that in order to realize effective and efficient government governance in order to improve government performance and public services, bureaucracy should be simplified.

"Simplifying the bureaucracy is carried out through simplifying the organizational structure, equalizing positions, and adjusting the work system as stated in the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 7 of 2022 concerning Work Systems in Government Agencies "To simplify bureaucracy," he explained.

It was further stated that the aims and objectives of adapting the Work System are to realize effective and efficient work processes, ensure the achievement of organizational goals, strategies and performance, and optimize the use of human resources and technology information and communication.

Present as a resource person, Mr. Iqbal Budianto (Young Expert Policy Analyst, Deputy for Institutions and Administration of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform) who explained the basic concepts and steps for implementing the work system technically to all the socialization participants present in accordance with PermenpanRB Number 7 of 2022 concerning Work Systems in Government Agencies to Simplify Bureaucracy.
