Follow-up to the socialization of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation regarding Guidelines for Preparing the 2023 RKPD
Friday, 03/06/2022. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, through the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector (P2EPD), held a Follow-up Meeting on the Socialization of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation on Guidelines for Preparing the 2023 RKPD. This meeting was held face-to-face and online at the Four Point Hotel Balikpapan, attended by all structural officials and staff technical Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province as well as representatives of all Regencies and Cities throughout East Kalimantan. Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda P2EPD Division, Mrs. Rina Juliati, S.Si., M.Si chaired the meeting.

During the meeting, several basic things were conveyed regarding important issues and the scope of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation which is a general guideline in the preparation of the 2023 RKPD. Other special matters related to the preparation of the RKPD were also conveyed. In 2023, these include the implementation of Government programs and activities together with Government partners, in this case social institutions; include activity programs and sub-activities related to the success of the elections and simultaneous regional elections in 2024; preparation of the initial draft of the 2025 – 2045 RPJPD; stipulation of the Regional Head's Regulation on the 2023 RKPD by the appointed official in the absence of the Regional Head; as well as the determination of macro indicators which refer to Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2020 or Joint Letters from the Minister of Home Affairs and the Head of Bappenas Number 050/3499/SJ and Number 3 of 2021.

Then it was also conveyed at this meeting the temporary schedule for RKPD facilitation for Regencies/Cities, namely on June 20 for Balikpapan, Kutai Kartanegara and Bontang; June 21 for Samarinda, Berau and East Kutai; June 22 for Mahakam Ulu, and PPU; June 24 for West Kutai and Paser. The requirements that need to be included in the facilitation are a letter of request for facilitation from the Regent to the Governor through the East Kalimantan Bappeda; Final Ranking of RKPD in 2023; Minutes of the 2023 RKPD Musrenbang agreement; Results of control and evaluation of the formulation of annual development planning policies; An overview of program consistency and funding framework between RPJMD and RKPD; APIP review of the 2023 RKPD Final Ranking; as well as the 2023 RKPD facilitation form.
