The main objective of Musrenbang must remain a priority
Samarinda, (22/04/2021). Governor of East Kalimantan Dr. Ir. H. Isran Noor officially opened the Musrenbang for changes to the 2019-2023 East Kalimantan Province RPJMD and the 2022 East Kalimantan Province RKPD.
This activity presents resource persons face to face, Expert Staff for Government Affairs of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province, Chairman of the DPRD of East Kalimantan Province, as well as the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas who attended online.
In his speech, Isran said that he really welcomed the implementation of the Musrenbang changes to the RPJMD as well as the Musrenbang RKPD, especially in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, he said that even though currently East Kalimantan is still in a pandemic condition, the objectives of this Musrenbang must still be prioritized so that the formulation of strategies, policy directions, programs and development activities in East Kalimantan can truly solve development problems on this land.
Isran also said that the synergy and collaboration between stakeholders that has been going on so far is an important asset in realizing the goal Development.
Regarding changes to the 2019-2023 Isran East Kalimantan RPJMD specifically asking for support from the East Kalimantan Province DPRD, according to him, there is something that needs to be done to change the RPJMD due to various strategic issues and legislative changes that have not been included in the RPJMD which was established in 2019.
“Issuance of Presidential Decree 18 of 2020, Plan to Move New National Capital, Pandemic "Covid-19, and Permendagri 90 of 2019, which caused the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to have to make adjustments in the Regional Medium Term Development Plan," said Isran.
This Musrenbang activity was also coupled with the awarding of awards to regencies and cities that won the City and Development Category Awards. District category submitted directly by Isran Noor.
